Our monthly reports show all pitching activity (which outlets, which journalists, which angles), media placements secured with links and reach/impact analysis, spokesperson activity breakdown (interviews completed, content developed), thought leadership content in development or submitted, speaking opportunities pursued, competitive intelligence on relevant PR in your space, upcoming opportunities and recommended focus areas, and metric tracking across all three tiers (activity, engagement, outcomes). It’s comprehensive but readable—designed to show both what we’ve accomplished and what’s coming next.
The retainer covers all strategic and execution work outlined in the proposal. Additional costs that may arise include press release distribution services (if needed, typically $500–750 per release), media training for additional spokespeople beyond initial training, travel expenses for in-person events or client meetings (billed at cost), third-party tools or subscriptions required for your specific campaign, professional photography or video production for content needs, and paid media or advertising (we handle earned media/PR, not paid placement). We’re transparent about any potential additional costs upfront.
We provide social media amplification strategy for placements—how to share and leverage coverage once secured—and can guide executive LinkedIn content strategy for thought leadership. However, we do not manage day-to-day social media posting, community management, or paid social advertising. Those require different expertise and tools. If you need comprehensive social media management, we can recommend specialists or discuss adding that capability as a separate scope.
